1 standard cake mix (store bought), white or yellow
6 Tbsp butter, melted
2 large eggs
Green food coloring (about 40 drops-add 10 drops at a time and stop when you get the color you like)
Mint flavoring-about 5 drops (optional)
1 C powdered sugar
1 tsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 º Melt butter, allow to cool.

In a shallow dish, mix together the powdered sugar and cornstarch.

In a large bowl, mix together the butter, cake mix and eggs. Add the green food coloring and mint flavoring and mix very well.

Form into 1 tablespoon size balls. Roll balls into powdered sugar and coat well.

Arrange on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 8 minutes in preheated oven.

Allow to cool on the baking sheet for 1 minute, then move to cooling rack.
