1/2 cup butter
2 eggs beaten
2 Tbsp orange juice
3 Tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar
Grated rind of orange
1/8 tsp salt
3 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar, add eggs, orange juice, and rinds. Then add sifted dry ingredients. Pat and roll in sheet 1/8 inch. Cut in fancy shapes. Place on a butter/cookie sheet bake in a hot oven ten to fifteen minutes. 350º
