¾ cup smooth peanut butter
¾ cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar packed
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Directions:
1) Beat peanut butter and butter until smooth.

2) Add sugars and beat on high speed until light and fluffy - 2-3 minutes.

3) Add eggs and vanilla and beat on low

4) Add flour, baking soda and salt and beat on low speed

5) Preheat oven to 350º and roll dough into 1” balls

6) Press down slightly with fork

7) Bake for 8-10 min

8) Let cool
