2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons soda
4 teaspoons vanilla
2 12 ounce bags milk chocolate chips
optional-1 cup chopped nuts of choice

Make cookie balls with a cookie scoop or rounded teaspoon. Place on baking pan and bake 8 to 12 minutes depending on the size and softness you desire

I like to make a batch and cook a half dozen or so for Mike and I and freeze the rest. I just make he cookie balls and freeze the rest on sheet pans and when frozen put them in a freezer bag and cook them a few at a time as needed, unless fixing for a crowd.
