6 Cups Flour
2 Eggs
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sour Milk
1 Pint Baking Molasses
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 Tsp Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Sugar and Shortening, add eggs and molasses. Add Mil, Flour and Ginger alternately until stiff enough to roll.
Roll on heavily-floured surface and cut with Christmas cutters
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes
