2 1/2 c oatmeal
1 beaten egg
2 1/4 c lt brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp flour
1 c butter, melted
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Grease pans generously with butter and drop dough by spoon ful onto pan. Bake 350 for 5 minutes and reemove before completely cool or cookie will crumble when removing. Very fragile cookie
