1 cup flour
2 1/2 tbsp cream ( whipping)
roll out like pie dough and cut in small circles 1 1/2 -2 inches
prick with a fork
bake 350 until lightly browned, cool

frosting
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1tbsp soft butter
1/2 tsp almond extrat
1tbsp cream

beat until fluffy, frost one cookie circle and top with a second cookie circle.
