2 c. sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
pinch salt

1 box instant vanilla pudding

2 tsp baking powder
3 c. flour
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla and salt.
Add pudding
Add baking powder and flour
Refrigerate/Freeze until firm and not sticky
Form balls and roll into confectioners sugar
Bake at 350 for 12 min
