1 Cup Butter (room temperature)
¾ Cup Vegetable Oil
1 ¼ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Tablespoons Water
2 Eggs
½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
½ Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 Teaspoon Salt
5 ½ Cups Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, oil, sugars, water and eggs. In another bowl combine dry ingredients dry ingredients then add to butter mixture. Mix until all is combined. Dough should be a little crumbly and not stick at all. Roll golf ball sized dough balls and place on cookie sheet. In a dish put ¼ sugar and pinch of salt. Stick bottom of glass in it to pick up sugar/salt and then press firmly on the dough balls with sugar/salt end of glass to flatten. Bake 350º for 8 minutes.
