1 c. sugar
1 c. honey
⅔ c. shortening
3 eggs
3¾ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 c. walnuts
¾ c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Cream together sugar, honey, shortening and eggs. Sift flour, soda and salt; add to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream. Stir in walnuts, coconut and vanilla. Bake on a greased sheet for 10-12 minutes.
