4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
5 cups of flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
½ orange and rind (grate)
½ lemon and rind (grate)
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
1½ cups of honey
¾ cup black coffee
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp ground clove
1 cup nuts
1 cup white raisins

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.

2. Beat eggs with sugar; add oil, and liquid ingredients.

3. Slowly add dry mixture to wet a little at a time.

4. Oil bottom of baking pan. Lay wax paper in baking pan.

5. Put it in oven and turn to 325º; bake for an hour (test with toothpick. If wet, put back in for 5 minutes at a time).
