2 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. nutmeg
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
½ tsp. ground cloves
½ c. butter
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cream butter and sugar. Add pumpkin, egg and vanilla, beating until creamy. Mix in dry ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto cookie sheet, flattening slightly. Bake 15-20 minutes. Mix 2 c. powdered sugar, 3 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tsp. vanilla in a bowl. Dip top of cookies in icing.
