1 18oz. box cake mix (any kind)
2 eggs
1/2 c. veggie oil

"optional" 1 c. of anything you want to add, like chocolate chips
Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350
Combine cake mix, eggs and oil in a bowl and mix until combined. If using a stand mixer, mix on low.
Spray or line cookie sheet and drop around 2 tablespoons each at 2 inches apart.
Bake 9-10 minutes or until the edges start turning brown.
Remove and let them sit for a couple of minutes before removing them

** If you can't find a 18 oz. cake mix, just a 15oz. Just add 1/4 c. flour
** Store in airtight container
