1 Cup Margarine or Shortening
2/3 Cup Molasses
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar packed
3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Ginger
2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt


Directions:
Directions:
Blend all dry ingredients. Cut in margarine or use shortening. Add molasses. Blend mixture together knead into a dough and roll into a 1 1/2 inch log diameter log. Cover with wax paper and store in fridge over night or 4 hours. Remove from fridge and cut chilled log into slices of cookies, about 1/4 inch thick. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees F for 8 minutes.
