2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 stick- 1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar (I used light)
2 large eggs plus 1 yolk at room temperature
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips

*Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
* Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
* Microwave the butter until melted. Vigorously stir the peanut butter into the hot butter until well combined.
* Stir in to the sugars until combined. Add the eggs and yolk, one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Add in the vanilla.
*Gradually stir in the flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips.
*If able refrigerate 24 hours, but not more than 72 hours. Let stand at room temperature until it is soft enough to scoop. Slightly flatten them.
* Bake for 11 minutes. Let cool 5 minutes and remove to rack.
