1 c unsalted butter, softened
1/2 c powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 c all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c pecans, toasted and chopped
3/4 c English toffee bits, such as Heath

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Line 2 sheets baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mat
Cream butter & powdered sugar together until smooth, 1-2 minutes

Beat in vanilla, then add flour & salt until combined.

Stir in pecans toffee bits

Form into small balls & place on baking sheet. I used a small scoop. They don't spread much so place accordingly.

Bake until edges are just starting to brown - 12-15 min. Size will determine length of cooking time

Cool on wire rack
