2 sticks of butter, unsalted and room temperature
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. cloves
1 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. coconut
1 c. dried apricots
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. dried cranberries or cherries
1 c. pecans or walnuts, toasted

Directions:

1. Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla
2. Mix in flour salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, and oats
3. Stir in coconut, fruit, chocolate chips, and nuts
4. Bake at 350º for 16 minutes
