1 pig. Bread Stuffing Mix
4. Eggs
1 c. Drippings from pork roast
Salt and Pepper to taste

While pork roast is baking:

Pour stuffing mix in bowl. Beat eggs with whip.
Blend eggs with bread crumbs
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add juice from pork roast, cook 10 minutes more.

Grandma Webster (Grandpa Miller's mother) made this every time we had pork
roast. It is delicious!!
I add chicken broth when cooking pork roast to make sure I have enough stock.
