2½ c. all purpose flour
1 t. baking soda
½ t. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1 c. light brown sugar
½ c. regular sugar
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla extract
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. vanilla chips
½ c. chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter and sugars in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Add flour mixture and combine well. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoonful on uncreased cookie sheets for 10-12 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes and remove to wire racks to cool completely.

This recipe makes several dozen cookies, but mostly depends on how big you make them. Cooking longer makes them crispier; stay on the lower time to have chewier cookies.
