1 c. softened butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped pecans


extra powdered sugar for rolling.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.
Sift together the flour and salt and stir into butter mixture.
Mix in nuts.
Chill dough for 1 hour

Preheat oven to 400º, spray cookie sheets with non stick spray
Form dough into 1" balls and place on sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes

While warm roll in powdered sugar.

Once Cool roll again in powdered sugar.
