1 Medium onion- chopped/diced
2-3 cloves garlic- chopped/diced
Oil to cover bottom of pan
2- 28oz cans of tomato puree
2- 18oz cans of tomato paste- 4 cans water
1- 12 oz can of tomato paste- 4 cans water
Salt and Pepper to taste
3-4 bay leaves
basil to taste

Directions:
Saute onions and garlic in heated oil until light beige.
Add rest of ingredients. Cook 1 1/2 to 2 hours low
