1lb Italian sausage
1 1/2 C Italian bread crumbs
3/4 C Italian Cheese
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 full tsp parsley
8-10 eggs
1/2 to 1 clove of garlic(chopped)
1/2 tsp Fennel seed

Directions:

Mix all together- make the balls and fry. Add to sauce and cook for at least 1 1/2 hours low flame.
Stir so does not stick to bottom of pan
