1/2 cup shortening
1/2 brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 T water
2 cups flour
1 tsp flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp soda

Chocolate chips
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together first ingredients. Press into 9x 13 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Beat 2 egg whites until stiff. Fold in1 cup of brown sugar and spread on top. Bake 25 minutes at ? 350ºF
