Drain
1 can appricots 2 1/2 cups
1 can pineapple 2 1/2 cups
Reserve juice.

2 pkg orange jello
Add 2 cups boiling water, 1 cup fruit juice, 1 1/2 c small marshmallows. Put drained fruit on bottom of a loaf pan and pour jello mixture over. Let set.

Topping
1/3 cup sugar sugar
2 eggs, beaten.
1 cup fruit juice
3 T flour
3 T butter
1 T lemon
1pkg cream cheese or jar of pimento cheese

Cook topping mixture until thickened. When mixture is cool add I cup of whipped cream. Spread over salad.
