2 C. warm water (not hot)
2 pkg active dry yeast
1/2 C. sugar
2 tsp Salt
1/4 C. Crisco shortening
1 egg
6 1/2 - 7 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Spray muffin tins with non stick spray

Desolve yeast in warm water, let sit 3 minutes.
Mix yeast, sugar, salt Crisco, eggs.
Add flour a little at at time and mix with hands, until easy to handle.
Set aside.

Grease a bowl and put the dough in that bowl. Cover with a damp cloth and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Roll the dough into small balls and place 3 balls in each muffin cup. Cover the muffin tins with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 2 hours.

The dough should have doubled in size.

Bake for 12-15 minutes
