2 C. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks margarine melted
Pinch salt

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Directions:
Directions:
1st four ingredients Mix together and put in a un-greased 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Beat together the remaining ingredients and pour on top of baked crust. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes until lemon filling is set. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot. Cut into squares when cooled.
