1/2 Cup Shortening
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
2¼ Cup Flour
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 370º
Cream shortening, sugar, and egg
Beat in milk and vanilla
Sift flour, baking powder and salt
Add half of dry ingredients and stir
Add rest and stir with wooden spoon.
