½ c. margarine
¾ c. creamy peanut butter
⅛ c. sugar
⅛ c. light brown sugar; packed
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hershey's Kisses
additional sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF. In a large bowl, beat margarine and peanut butter until well blended. Mix in white and brown sugar, beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, milk and vanilla, beat well. Add flour and baking soda to peanut butter mixture and mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly brown. Immediately place chocolate kiss on top of each cookie, pressing down slightly. Remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely.
