1 cup white Sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
3 eggs or 6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
4 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cups of oat bran
1/2 cup of cried cranberries , raisins, pecans, choc.chips, etc.

Mix sugars, peanut butter, butter, eggs, vanilla and soda until smooth and fluffy, Add Oatmeal and fruit and nuts. The dough will be very stiff.

Put spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet and flatten slightly, Cook 350º for 10 minutes
