1 cam pumpkin pie or 2 cups pumpkin puree
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoon milk
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 eggs
4 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoon vanilla
6 oz chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
cream pumpkin, oil, eggs, milk and sugar. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Fold in chips and nuts. Drop on a cookie sheet in the size of a half dollar. Bake 375º for 14 minutes. These freeze well and make about 4 dozen cookies
