INGREDIENTS

1 Whole Egg

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Cup Natural Chunky Peanut Butter

Directions:

1. Whisk one whole egg

2. Add one cup of sugar

3. Add one cup of natural chunky peanut butter

4. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

5. Line cooking sheet with parchment paper

Portion the cookie dough into 1 tablespoon portions. Now flatten dough with hash marks with the back of a fork. Use a warm glass of water to keep the fork from sticking to the dough. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Now let the cookies settle on the cooking sheet for 5 minutes to firm up.
