½ cup margarine melted
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 ½ cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
½ cup milk

Frosting:
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2-3 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Melt margarine, add sugar, eggs, flavoring and beat them. Add dry ingredients along with milk.
Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Frost with vanilla frosting & decorate with sprinkles, coconut or nuts.



Roll dough in a long strip and do not flatten. Bake then cut on a diagonal. Ice once cooled.
