8 slices of white bread
½ lb grated cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
¾ tsp red pepper
5 eggs
2½ cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, salt ,pepper, milk and mustard.
Butter bread and cut off crusts,
Put layer of bread, layer of cheese, then repeat layers.
Pour liquid over all and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Put casserole in a larger pan of hot water to bake at 300º for 1 hour.
