1 Cup Flour Scant
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs sea level 3 Eggs higher altitude
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup 2% Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together till all lumps are removed from batter.
Set oven to 415 degrees F. Brush muffin tins with butter, set in oven till butter bubbles do not burn butter.
Remove oiled hot muffin tin, and fill with batter. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes till golden brown.
Remove and serve hot, poke middle of yorkshire pudding and fill with gravy.
