1c molasses
3 eggs
2c sugar
1¼c Crisco
1c buttermilk
7c flour
1 tsp cloves
2 tsp nutmeg
3 tsp cinnamon
1¼ tsp ginger
1 T baking soda
2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix wet ingredients together
2. In separate bowl, mix together flour and spices
3. Add flour/spice mixture to wet ingredients
4. Chill overnight
5. Roll out dough, thick cut circles
6. Bake at 350º 10-12 mins, then put raisin in center
