1 Cup chopped onion
1 Cup Bell Peppers
8 Cup thin sliced cucumbers
1 1/2 Tbsp

2 Cups white sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 Cup white vinegar
1 tsp mustard seed

1. put salt over cucumbers for an hour then drain.
2. place other ingredients over cucumbers
3. place in ice cream pails or jars in the refrigerator.
4. cure and eat after 3 days, will last (maybe) for months while refrigerated.
