The Dough

½ pound cream cheese
½ pound sweet (unsalted) butter
1 cup all purpose flour

The Filling

¾ cup ground walnuts
¾ cup sugar
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cream cheese, butter, and flour until smooth. Chill for one hour or more. Cut into four balls. Roll out in a thin sheet on a very well floured board. Cut in small triangles.

Combine all the filling ingredients until crumbly. Place one teaspoon in each triangle. Roll up in crescent shape.

Bake on baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes in a hot oven. When cool, sprinkle generously with powdered sugar.
