3 eggs
3/4 cup butter or shortening
2 cups sugar
1 cup sour milk (can be made by adding vinegar to milk)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
5 cups flour
2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together. Add chocolate or butterscotch chips (if desired).
Drop by spoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 325º till soft and just starting to turn brown (about 15-20 minutes).
