1 cup butter softened
¾ cup powder sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar well, add vanilla and flour mixing well.
2. Separate into 8 oz pieces and roll into logs.
3. Roll logs into colored sugars wrapping dough in wax paper.
4. Refrigerate until solid (at least 4 hours or overnight) .
5. When ready cut in ¼ " slices.
6. Bake at 350 º degrees about 8 minutes.

I double this recipe for Christmas.
