Ingredients: Preheat oven to 375 degrees 1 cup white sugar ½ cup brown sugar 1 cup butter flavor Crisco shortening 2 eggs, beaten 2 tsp. vanilla ext. 2 cups flour 1 tsp baking soda 1½ tsp salt 1 cup Semi-chocolate chips ½ cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:Mix together in a large bowl: white and brown sugar until combined Add: shortening mix into the sugar until well combined and fluffy Add: eggs and vanilla, mix well
in a smaller bowl mix whisk together: flour, salt and baking soda Add: flour mixture to sugar and egg mixture (dough should be stiff) Add: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and ½ cup milk chocolate chips using an ice cream scoop scoop up cookie dough and put on cookie sheet leaving about 2 inches between each cookie ball Bake for 10 to 12 min Let cool about 3 min, before moving the cookies to a cookie rack you can add nuts to this recipe |
