3 c flour
1 T baking powder
1 T baking soda
1 T cinnamon
1 t salt
1½ c butter, room temp (3 sticks)
1½ c sugar
1½ c brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
1 T vanilla
3 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 c oats
2 c sweetened flaked coconut
2 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix together first 5 ingredients. In separate bowl, beat butter until creamy. Gradually beat in sugars and mix until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg. Mix in vanilla. Add flour mixture and beat until combined. Stir in chips, oats, coconut and pecans. Drop dough in ¼ c portions, 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-17 min. rotating sheets halfway through cooking.



Makes a lot. I halve it!!!!
