1 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1/2 c. craisins
zest of 2 oranges

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth. Add in flour, mixing just until dough forms. Add in craisins and orange zest.

Divide dough in half. With floured hands, rolls each half into a 1 1/2" diameter log. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm - about 1- 1/2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350º. Using serrated knife, slice chilled dough 3/8" thick. Arrange slices 1" apart on parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden brown around the edges. Cool on wire racks.
