2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
14 slices of butter (I use 1 lb.)
4 cups potatoes diced
7 cups milk
1 cup sour cream
1 T chicken soup base (I added this to the original recipe.)
Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in flour. Cook until thick. Cut potatoes into thin pieces and fry until crispy. Set aside. Add milk, onions, and potatoes to butter mixture until potatoes are soft. Add bacon and sour cream. Add cheese just before serving.
