2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 c. sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 c. Rice Krispies Cereal
Flaked coconut for rolling
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs in a frying pan and add chopped dates, sugar and salt. Stir all together and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Rice Krispies Cereal. Let stand to cool Butter your fingers and roll into balls. Roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
