Cool slightly, spread over dough, and roll like a jelly roll, lifting the wax paper with each turn. Chill ½ hour. Slice ¼ inch thick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Rolls of cookie may be placed in refrigerator and sliced and baked as needed. Makes approximately two dozen.
