1/3 c butter or shortening
1/2 c sugar
1 egg, beat slightly
1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c mincemeat mix
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in egg.
Add dry ingredients and vanilla alternating with mincemeat mix.

Mix till well blended.

Drop about 2 inches apart on lined cookie sheet.

Bake at 400* for 8 to 10 minutes.
