1 cup Sugar
½ cup Butter, softened
1 Egg
½ cup Sour Cream
3.4 oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Baking Soda
2 cups Flour
2 tsp. Mint Extract
3 drops Blue Food Coloring
10 drop Green Food Coloring
1 ½ cups Chocolate Chips
½ cup Andes Baking Bits

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cream butter and sugar together. Add in the egg, sour cream and pudding mix. Combine well.
Add in the flour, salt and baking soda.
Next, add in the mint extract and food coloring.
Fold in the chocolate chips. Top with Andes bits.

Drop by spoonful's onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
