Cream:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Add in:
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix in separate bowl and add to above mixture:
2 cups flour
2-1/2 cups oatmeal - put in blender to make powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Add in to above:
12 oz. bag chocolate chips
1/2 finely grated 8 oz hershey bar
1-1/2 cups chopped nuts

Directions:

Bake golf ball sized balls on greased cookie sheet approx 2 inches apart.

Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes. Makes 56 cookies.

These are the absolute best - you can even add some Kahlua to the wet mix for a nice touch. Put the dough in the fridge if you need them to thicken up a bit. Enjoy!!
