2 Bananas mashed
1/4 C. milk
1 egg beaten
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c oats
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º
2. Mix mashed bananas, milk, egg, honey, and vanilla together in a bowl. Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
3. Spoon batter into mounds on the baking sheet, spacing them a few inches apart
4. Bake until top looks dry and edges are golden, about 15 minutes

Adding sea salt caramel baking chips really really make this recipe awesome. The cookies do not spread much, so make them the size you want them.
