1 qt. cooked chicken

Gravy:
1 qt. chicken broth
4 T. flour
4 T. butter

Dressing:
1 1/2 qt. torn soft bread or croutons
1 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 tsp. salt
onion powder or chopped onion
celery flakes or chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Make gravy by melting butter and stirring in flour. Cook until bubbly. Add chicken broth and cook until boils (will be very thin).
Mix dressing ingredients together lightly with fork. Put 1 1/2" layer of chicken in 9 x 13 pan sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover with dressing. Drizzle gravy over top. Bake until brown about 35 minutes in 350º oven.
Note -- if using dried croutons, make another half recipe of gravy and pour over the croutons to soak them up some.
